Anyone operating an LBNL vehicle should review the following policies to understand their responsibilities:

Vehicle Use by Non-Employees
Employees with a valid driver’s license are authorized to operate LBNL vehicles. Non-employees that need to use a vehicle must submit an approved authorization form to Fleet@lbl.gov before operating an LBNL vehicle.
Vehicle Sign-Out/ Log Template
All vehicles must have a log of users and trips.
Custodians must keep this log.
