S Road Closed on August 27

Facilities will be closing S Road on Saturday, August 27, from 7 a.m. to noon, to accommodate exterior work on Building 26.

  • The road will be closed to vehicle, bike and pedestrian traffic.
  • Signage and barricades will be posted.

Strawberry Gate Closure 1/11 – 1/12/2022

The exit lane of the Strawberry Gate will be closed on Tuesday,  January 11th with the possibility of closure extending until Wednesday, January 12th for pavement work around the new vault. The hours of the closure will be from 6am to 6pm. It is likely the work will be completed by the end of the day Tuesday, but can exceed to Wednesday.

Strawberry Gate Exit Lane Closure (Tues. 12/7 to Thurs. 12/9)

The Strawberry Gate will be closed to outgoing vehicle traffic Tuesday, December 7th  through Thursday, December 9th from 6 a.m. – 6 p.m due to construction work on the exit lane.

  • This closure only affects traffic exiting the Lab. Vehicles may still enter the Lab hill site through Strawberry Gate.
  • Vehicles may exit through Blackberry or Grizzly Gates.
  • Busses and emergency vehicles will be allowed to exit through the entrance lane with assistance from onsite flaggers.
  • Pedestrians and bicycles will be allowed to exit as needed.
