- Who manages Document Control requests? GIS update requests are managed jointly with Civil Engineering, and all other requests are managed and routed by the Document Control team.

- What is Document Control? The Document Control, or Document Management team, manages engineering documents at the Lab. The team, led by the Document Control Lead, is responsible for:
- Master Specifications
- Meridian Explorer (the CAD document system of record)
- Managing record drawings and drawing numbers
- GIS Maps
- Other support services such as laser scans and Archibus updates
- What happens after I submit the form? The Document Control team will review your request and queue for follow-up. You may receive an email if follow-up information is required.
