Projects are required to submit record drawings for review and approval during Construction Administration. Submit final redline set and record drawing package at project closeout for upload to systems of record.
Requirements:
Before submitting record drawings for review:
- You need a Jira account to submit a request.
- Include your Facilities Engineering project team in final as-built walk.
- Work with Facilities Engineering project team to collect redlines and prepare final redline set.
- Manage preparation of record drawings and review for content.
After submitting record drawings:
- Document Controls will conduct technical review of submission
- Facilities Engineering project team will review record drawings to ensure redlines were incorporated.
- If changes are required, Document Controls will reach out and request that you re-submit the record drawing package after addressing comments.
- If no review or corrections are needed, Document Controls will add documents to the correct system (Meridian, ECS, GIS), and you will receive a notification that your record drawings were accepted for submission. At this point, record drawings are officially turned over to Facilities Engineering – Document Management.
